What have you learned since taking classes with PYLV?

I've learned that self care is more valuable than most people realize, and that growing a human inside of me and preparing for birth is essentially like training for a marathon. Prioritizing routine, and having PYLV push me just a little bit past my comfort level each time, has made me become the strongest I've ever been. I also attribute my relatively "boring" pregnancy to all the lessons I have learned through the PYLV community.

Like Angela says, “motion is lotion!” I’ve been regularly taking prenatal yoga classes since June and prenatal/ postnatal Pilates classes since September.
