Purchase Policies
updated 6.13.26
At Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas, we are committed to creating a safe, consistent, and supportive experience for every student. To ensure classes run smoothly for all participants and instructors, we ask that all students review and respect the following policies.
1. Class Registration
All students must register in advance through our official booking system.
Classes are not confirmed without a completed reservation.
Booking
Classes may be booked up to 30 days in advance.
Online booking closes 2 hours before class, space permitting.
Walk-ins are not guaranteed and may be turned away if the class is full or not properly registered.
This helps us ensure proper class size, safety, and instructor preparation.
2. Communication Policy
For the fastest response, please contact us by email at angela@prenatalyogalv.com or through our contact form.
While we do our best to monitor text messages and social media, we may not see messages in time to process class reservations or last-minute cancellations. To ensure your reservation is updated, please use our online booking system whenever possible.
3. Payment Policy
Payment is required for all classes and services.
Payment is due at the time of booking or before the start of class.
Students may not participate in class without confirmed payment or a credit card on file.
Any unpaid attendance will be charged the applicable drop-in rate.
4. Unregistered Attendance
For the integrity of class structure and fairness to registered students:
Individuals attending without prior registration will be charged the standard drop-in rate.
Teachers are required to verify registration before class and may deny entry to unregistered or unpaid participants.
5. Late Arrivals
To protect the safety, flow, and experience of the group:
Students arriving 10 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may be marked as a no-show and may not be admitted to class.
We encourage all students to arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in comfortably.
6. Cancellation Policy
We understand that pregnancy and family life can be unpredictable. Our policies are designed to help keep classes available for everyone while supporting a welcoming community.
Cancellations & Changes
Please cancel or reschedule your reservation at least 12 hours before class whenever possible.
Reservations canceled less than 12 hours before class, or missed without notice, are considered late cancellations or no-shows.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Drop-In Classes: The class is forfeited and is non-refundable.
Class Packages & Series: One class will be deducted from your package.
Monthly Memberships: We understand that unexpected situations arise during pregnancy and parenthood. Occasional late cancellations are understandable. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $20 fee at the studio's discretion.
Studio Cancellations
Classes with no or low registrations 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be canceled. If the studio cancels a class, any existing reservations will be transferred to another class or credited toward a future class.
Repeated No-Shows
Repeated no-shows or failure to cancel in advance may affect a student’s ability to book future classes. In some cases, advance booking privileges may be temporarily limited to ensure fair access to class space.
We encourage students to reach out directly, even for last-minute cancellations or missed classes. Communication helps us better support your attendance and may prevent issues from escalating.
7. Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable.
Class passes, drop-ins, memberships, workshops, and private sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
We do not offer refunds for missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows.
Exceptions:
In the rare case of a studio cancellation, students will be offered a class credit or the option to reschedule.
If a technical or billing error occurs, we will review and correct the charge as appropriate.
Compassionate Exceptions
In rare and exceptional circumstances, such as medically documented conditions preventing participation (including pregnancy complications, bed rest, or pregnancy loss), requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved exceptions are typically issued as studio credit rather than cash refunds.
We maintain this flexibility to support our community with care while preserving fairness and consistency across all purchases.
8. Health & Participation Responsibility
Participation in all classes is voluntary. By booking and attending, students confirm that they are physically able to participate in prenatal yoga and have consulted a medical professional as needed.
Students are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy-related considerations before class.
Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas and its instructors are not responsible for any injury, complication, or adverse outcome resulting from participation in classes.
9. Right to Refuse Admission
For safety, capacity, or policy compliance reasons, Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas reserves the right to deny participation or admission to any student who is unregistered, unpaid, late beyond the allowed window, or disruptive to the class environment.
10. Studio Responsibility
Our instructors and staff are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment. By attending classes, students agree to:
Follow all studio policies
Respect start and end times
Honor payment and registration requirements
Support a calm and uninterrupted class experience
11. Policy Updates
Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
