  • Develop your personal practice

  • And much more!

Taking the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Angela was the best thing that could ever happen while I was expecting. I could learn how to slow down, connect with myself and my baby, and respect and honor all the changes my body was going through. Angela was so patient, she unlocked teaching skills that I didn’t even know I already had.

How you can make an impact

In 2023 there was over 3 million births in the United States. Prenatal yoga teachers have a unique opportunity to support new parents during a vulnerable and often overwhelming time in their life. Prenatal yoga is one the first places new parents are able to be in community with others going through the same life changes. Some students may see their prenatal yoga teacher more often their healthcare provider.

New families need your support now more than ever!
