How you can make an impact

In 2024 there was over 3 million births in the United States. Prenatal yoga teachers have a unique opportunity to support new parents during a vulnerable and often overwhelming time in their life. Prenatal yoga is one the first places new parents are able to be in community with others going through the same life changes. Some students may see their prenatal yoga teacher more often their healthcare provider.

New families need your support now more than ever!
