THE PYLV DIFFERENCE

Trained to support you. Connected to our community. Here for your journey.

THE PYLV DIFFERENCE

Specialized movement. Meaningful community. Trusted education.

Since 2019, Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas has been supporting parents through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond.

We believe this population deserves teachers who are specially trained, movement that is thoughtfully designed, a community that understands, and education that helps you make informed choices.

Over the years, we’ve built more than classes. We’ve built relationships, community, and a trusted network of resources for families in Las Vegas.

That’s the PYLV difference.

TRAINED TO SUPPORT YOU

Specialized training matters.

Pregnancy and postpartum are not simply modifications to a regular yoga practice.

The body changes dramatically throughout pregnancy, during birth, and in the months and years that follow. Understanding those changes matters when you’re guiding movement.

Our teachers pursue specialized education in fertility, prenatal, postnatal, and pelvic wellness so they can better understand the bodies and experiences of the people they serve.

We believe teachers should be prepared for this population, not simply interested in teaching it.

You can feel the difference when your teacher understands the difference.

MOVEMENT WITH PURPOSE

Movement that meets you where you are.

We’re here to help you build strength, mobility, body awareness, and confidence throughout your journey.

Our classes are intentionally designed for pregnancy, postpartum, and the changing body, rather than simply adapted from a general yoga class.

Every body and every pregnancy is different, so we encourage you to listen to your body and make choices that feel right for you.

Whether you’re looking to stay active during pregnancy, prepare your body for birth, reconnect with your body postpartum, or continue moving as your family grows, there’s a place for you at PYLV.

COMMUNITY THAT MATTERS

You were never meant to do this alone.

One of the most important things we offer isn’t something you can put on a class schedule.

It’s connection.

Since 2019, PYLV has brought parents together through classes, groups, meetups, workshops, celebrations, and special events.

We’ve watched strangers become friends, classmates become support systems, and families grow alongside one another.

When your journey continues beyond pregnancy and postpartum, PYLV Family, our sister community founded in 2025, creates even more opportunities for families to connect, move, gather, and grow together.

The whiteboard lists stages of labor: Stage 1 - Early active transition, Stage 2 - Pushing stage, Stage 3 - Delivery of the placenta. The table has a doll, a pelvic model, and papers.

EDUCATION YOU CAN TRUST

Because knowing where to turn matters.

We believe education is part of caring for the whole person.

Through workshops and educational opportunities, we help you learn more about your changing body, birth, postpartum recovery, pelvic wellness, and the many questions that come with parenthood.

When something falls outside our scope of practice, we believe in knowing when to refer you elsewhere.

That’s why we work to connect our community with trusted professionals and resources in areas that complement what we do.

Our goal isn’t to be your answer to everything.

It’s to help you find the right answer and the right person when you need it.

TRUSTED IN THE COMMUNITY

A place families know and trust.

Since opening our doors in 2019, PYLV has become part of the Las Vegas community.

We’re proud of the relationships we’ve built with parents, families, birth professionals, healthcare providers, educators, and other local businesses and organizations.

Trust takes time.

It comes from showing up consistently, knowing your community, staying within your scope, continuing to learn, and genuinely caring about the people you serve.

We don’t take that trust for granted.

We’re here for the long journey, not just one class.

SMALL CLASSES. PERSONAL CONNECTION.

You’re a person, not a number.

Our small, intimate classes allow our teachers to get to know you.

We can see how you’re moving, understand where you are in your journey, offer appropriate options, and create a space where you feel comfortable asking questions.

You don’t have to be flexible.

You don’t have to know anything about yoga.

You don’t have to look a certain way.

You just have to show up.

A WHOLE JOURNEY APPROACH

Pregnancy is just one chapter.

PYLV was created to support the transitions that happen before, during, and after birth.

From prenatal yoga and birth preparation to postpartum movement, pelvic wellness, community, and family connection, we’re here for the many stages of the journey.

Because the goal isn’t simply to get you through pregnancy.

It’s to support you through the journey of becoming a parent and everything that comes after.

REAL MOMS. REAL BODIES. REAL COMMUNITY.
