Baby & Me

Baby & Me Yoga is a fun and supportive class for parents, caregivers, and infants. Baby & Me Yoga provides a non-judgmental space allowing parents to let go of the stress that can come with the role of parenting. The practice incorporates strengthening exercises that help build inner core strength, stretching the upper body to help release tension in the neck and shoulders, which are common areas of discomfort for caregivers, and relaxation to help you unwind from the long days. Parents, caregivers and infants can enjoy a supportive, non-judgmental, and engaging experience that fosters bonding, community, and self-care.

Saturday at 10:15am at Smart Mouth LV

Mom Strong

Mom Strong is an invigorating and strength-focused yoga class designed for all parents who are ready to enhance their practice with a focus on building strength and nurturing their pelvic floor. It is advised that participants are at least 12 weeks postpartum and have obtained clearance from their healthcare provider for exercise. However, some parents may feel prepared to join earlier if they have healed sufficiently and feel ready for dynamic movement. Prenatal modifications available to pregnant participants. *Babes in arms are welcome to join.
