Classes for the journey of pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood.


Small, intimate classes are offered in a six-week session to give students the maximum benefit of a yoga practice. We understand that the road to motherhood looks different for everyone, class passes and drop-ins are also available.

one class per week, sessions with less than six dates will be prorated

Session 4: May 28 - June 30 (5 week session)

Session 5: July 8 - August 18

Session 6: August 26 - October 6

Session 7: October 14 - November 24

Session 8: December 2 - December 22 (3 week session)


How do sessions work?

Prior to the start of the session, choose which class you would like to attend. Once registered, the session is good for one class per week. If you missed your regular assigned class, you may make-up by joining a different class within the same session.

Why six-week sessions?

Through a regular weekly practice, yoga can help reduce stress, relieve aches and pains and develop useful breathing techniques for childbirth and parenthood.
