Why is pelvic health important?

How to stay sane with a high needs baby
Guest post written by Tiphanie Sparks, Doula & CLC
Each postpartum journey is different. Every baby is its own unique soul. The (m)other is also in a different spot mentally, physically, and emotionally after each birth. Diastasis recti is very common during and following pregnancy. This is because the uterus stretches the muscles in the abdomen to accommodate your growing baby.
