What sets me apart? Supporting individuals and families is not my hobby. This is my life’s work. I am also one of few locally who is an 85-hr RPYT and doula. I have served and supported families from birth through postpartum. I fully understand the nuance and gaps in both community and professional training.

My teaching philosophy? I am lifelong learner. I cannot do this alone. My community is my strength. My goal is to elevate yoga teachers and birth professionals. I believe in creating strong communities and that to be a great a teacher, you must have a strong practice and a commitment to continuing education.

My vision: to inspire teachers < who build strong communities < who change how people give birth and parent in the Las Vegas valley and beyond.
