Meet Laura

My name is Laura Zamorano, and I’m from Madrid, Spain. I love animals, traveling, cooking, and spending time with my friends and family. I have a 2-year-old daughter I’m a Montessori teacher assistant and was previously a Spanish high school teacher.

How has your practice impacted your parenting?
Consistency is key.

What would you tell a new parent considering prenatal or Baby & Me yoga classes?
It’s a wonderful way to build community and enjoy quality time with your child in a safe environment.
