“I discovered Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas toward the end of my first trimester. I was delighted to learn there were free classes offered every Tuesday through the education department of Southern Hills Hospital. As I planned to deliver at SHH, this provided a great opportunity to visit the hospital throughout the pregnancy. The instructor Angela was nurturing and welcoming. I had done a fair amount of yoga before, but she always made a point to explain things for even the most beginner level student. The classes were gentle and calm, and became a staple of my routine each week. It also provided me with a way to connect with other moms-to-be and I looked forward to a few minutes at the beginning of each class to dialogue about pregnancy highs and lows. Overall, Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas made a positive impact on my mental and physical health throughout my pregnancy, and I recently delivered a sweet, healthy baby girl! ”
