When should I start taking prenatal yoga classes?
There is no right or wrong time to start. The second trimester is usually when most women feel the most energetic. I recommend starting sooner, rather than later so you can receive the most benefits.
When is the best time to start Baby & Me Yoga?
For mom: once you are cleared by your doctor and are feeling ready to leave the house. For baby: anytime, the earlier the better. The more you attend baby & me, give both mom and baby a chance to get use the routine and the environment.
Do I need to preregister to classes prior to joining?
Yes, all yoga students must register for classes using Schedulicity online scheduling platform. Clients have one-hour prior to join or cancel a class. Students who have enrolled for a session will be pre-registered for the entire session.

If you can’t make a class, no problem. Make sure to cancel your session in Schedulicity. Students may take a different class during the same session as their make-up.
