Nurture your mind, body, and baby with PYLV's prenatal yoga class. This well-balanced practice combines strengthening and stretching to support the unique needs and changes experienced during pregnancy and postpartum. Tailored specifically for expectant parents, the class focuses on building strength, endurance, and focus through a variety of yoga elements, including breathing techniques, warmups, modified sun salutations, standing and balance poses, and relaxation exercises.

Thursday at 6pm and Saturdays at 9am at Smart Mouth LV

Baby & Me

Baby & Me Yoga is a fun and supportive class for parents, caregivers, and infants. Baby & Me Yoga provides a non-judgmental space allowing parents to let go of the stress that can come with the role of parenting. The practice incorporates strengthening exercises that help build inner core strength, stretching the upper body to help release tension in the neck and shoulders, which are common areas of discomfort for caregivers, and relaxation to help you unwind from the long days. Parents, caregivers and infants can enjoy a supportive, non-judgmental, and engaging experience that fosters bonding, community, and self-care.
