Postnatal Yoga Training

Pregnancy is a short time in a pregnant persons life, but postpartum is forever. PYLV Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Program is an in depth study of the postpartum period. Teachers will learn the physiology of the postnatal body, perinatal mood disorders, how to teach postnatal classes including baby and me, cultivating community and much more.
