Partner Prenatal Yoga + Birth Prep is a 2.5-hour workshop designed for couples to practice supporting each other through pregnancy, labor, and birth. This experiential class combines gentle prenatal yoga, guided movement, and partner-based comfort techniques, with practical birth prep strategies for each stage of labor. Participants will explore breathing exercises, labor positions, relaxation methods, and hands-on comfort measures, all in a safe, inclusive space. No prior yoga experience is required — this workshop is about connection, confidence, and feeling prepared together.
