July 2025 Student of the Month: Allison
What would you tell a new parent considering taking prenatal or Baby & Me yoga classes?
If you’re thinking about joining Prenatal or Baby & Me yoga—just go for it! Staying active is so important for both you and your baby, and these classes offer a safe, nurturing way to keep moving.
Beyond the physical benefits, you’ll find a wonderful community of people from all different backgrounds, sharing stories, support, and encouragement. Angela and her team are also deeply connected in the local birth and parenting community, making them an incredible resource for first-time moms. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made during my pregnancy.

My name is Cassie and I am a first time mom to my baby boy Wesley (Wes for short) although we didn’t intend to, we picked that name after Wes Craven, horror film director. Me and my husband are big horror fans and Scream was both our first movie that got us into horror. I am an artist that loves to paint with acrylics and oils in my free time. I can’t wait to show Wesley how to paint and create with me.

February 2024 Student of the Month
I have learned so much since taking classes with PYLV but one of the things that stuck to me is that having a strong group of women during pregnancy and motherhood is very important. Sharing stories and experiences with other moms definitely make it very enjoyable.
