Connect with your partner and baby through mindful and restorative partner prenatal yoga class.

 

This is NOT acro yoga, but a way for couples to bond in a new way during pregnancy. No experience necessary.

 

During this workshop, you and your partner will be able to connect with each other on a deeper level. This workshop includes yoga poses, various meditation techniques, and discussion.

What you will learn in this workshop:

  • Connect and move with your partner in various yoga postures

  • Learn mindfulness techniques that can be used during pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood

  • Enhance partner communication skills

  • How yoga and movement can be used as a comfort measure
