Connect with your partner and baby through mindful and restorative partner prenatal yoga class.
This is NOT acro yoga, but a way for couples to bond in a new way during pregnancy. No experience necessary.
During this workshop, you and your partner will be able to connect with each other on a deeper level. This workshop includes yoga poses, various meditation techniques, and discussion.
What you will learn in this workshop:
Connect and move with your partner in various yoga postures
Learn mindfulness techniques that can be used during pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood
Enhance partner communication skills
How yoga and movement can be used as a comfort measure
