Welcome to Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas! We are a boutique mobile and online yoga studio based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We specialize in prenatal, postnatal, yoga for fertility & pelvic health, as well as offer yoga teacher training. We pride ourselves on creating a safe space for individuals and families to grow and expand using the tools offered through yoga.

Below you will find our policies and information on how to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your class package or membership.

PYLV Student

PYLV specializes in yoga classes for people on their parenthood journey. Parenthood journey includes: trying to conceive (ttc), pregnant, postpartum, have older children or are a caregiver.

Partners and Non-Pregnant/Parenting Students

Partners and Non-Pregnant/Parenting Students are welcome to join class if space permits. Partners and Non-Pregnant/Parenting Students must purchase a drop-in or class package.

Drop-in
Access to 1 (1 Classes) Prenatal Yoga, Baby & Me Yoga, Pre/postnatal Yoga and Mom Strong classes within a 1 month period.

Class Packages
PYLV offers one, five or ten class packages for group classes, not including workshops. Classes must be used within a 6 month period.

Class Sessions
Select classes will be offered in a series format. Please check individual series for dates and fees. No makeup classes or refunds are available for series. Makeup classes will be rescheduled only if a class is canceled by instructor.

Complimentary Classes

PYLV is a minority and woman owned small business. We do not offer complimentary or free trial classes. However we encourage new students to take advantage of our Introductory Package - two classes for $25 or drop-in class at $18.

Leaving without Paying

Students who leave without purchasing a package or membership will be automatically charged $18 class drop-in fee. Students may purchase package or membership prior to class or after class.

'PYLV Membership' Unlimited Prenatal / Postnatal Yoga, Baby & Me Yoga, Mom Strong and Monthly Women’s Circle classes at any of our Las Vegas locations and virtual classes.

'Virtual Membership' Unlimited virtual classes, including Prenatal / Postnatal Yoga.

Access to our private online Facebook Group - Las Vegas Yoga Moms

Pre-Recorded Videos
Pre-recorded videos are available for purchase. Clients will be given an unlisted Vimeo link for their purchase.

Workshops & Trainings

Workshops and trainings will be offered on select dates and formats. Check the individual workshop or training for fees and details. If you miss of a workshop or training, contact angela@prenatalyogalv.com to reschedule.

Registration and Cancellation

Booking Classes - Students have up to two hours prior to class start time to book their class. Registration is done through the website Schedulicity.

Class Cancellation - Instructor
If a class is cancelled due to illness, or any other reason students will be notified via email through Schedulicity. ONLY students enrolled in a session will have the option to receive a make-up class or be prorated for the class.

Class Cancellation & No Show - Client
Clients have up to four hours prior to cancel class. Failure to cancel before the four hour window or no show will result in a cancellation fee of $16. Three or more short cancellation or no show in a 30 day period may result in the termination of membership or package.

This ensures that our teachers can adequately plan for class and bring enough props to in person classes. This also give any clients on the waitlist an opportunity to be contacted.

Client Portal / Schedulicity
All Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas Members and Class Packages clients may manage their personal accounts by visiting: https://prenatalyogalasvegas.com selecting the “My Account” tab along the menu bar. This will direct all clients to our Schedulicity client account management system. Clients may also access this site by visiting https://www.schedulicity.com/scheduling/AR4NN8 directly. All Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas Members and Class Package clients must have their Liability Release waiver signed online via their Schedulicity account prior to participating in any of our programs.

Late Arrivals
Classes usually start and end at the scheduled class time. We understand that from occasionally late arrivals occur. Students have 10 minutes after class start time to join. After 10 minutes, the class is forfeited. For safety, the door maybe locked after the 10 minute period. Students who are late more than 3 times in a 30 day period maybe released as a student.

Communication
Our main method of communication with you regarding Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas classes is through e-mail. If you do not receive our monthly newsletter or calendars, please let us know so we can confirm your e-mail information. Many e-mail programs have spam filters. You may want to check your system and add Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas to your “acceptable” e-mail list so that our e-mails are not blocked. ****Please email angela@prentalyogalv.com for all business matters.****

eGift Cards
eGift Cards maybe purchased through SquareUp website via: https://squareup.com/gift/P91RX7VVQP4Y9/order. Gift cards expire one year from purchase. To redeem a gift card, recipient must notify Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas via email at angela@prenatalyogalv.com to enroll in a class.

Membership Cancellation
Month-to Month Memberships may be cancelled so long as the Member provides at least 30 days notice prior to their next scheduled billing date. ALL Membership Packages automatically renew on a monthly basis unless written notice is received by Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas. In order to cancel a membership, the Member must notify Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas via email informing us of the request for cancellation. Without an email confirmation from a Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas representative and completion of our online Cancellation Form, the cancellation does not exist. It is up to the Member to obtain this confirmation. We regret there are no exceptions. No refunds will be given for dues once it has been paid. This membership is non-transferable. Once a membership is cancelled, if the member wants to re-enroll they will be charged half the normal registration fee. Instructors are not authorized to cancel memberships.

Payments
We accept payment by debit cards, Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard credit cards, or cash. All monthly memberships must have a credit card on file. Payment is due the day of class/workshop/service. Billing periods will reflect a 30 day cycle beginning on the 1st day of purchased services. Monthly payments for debit/credit cards will be charged automatically every 30 days for all memberships. If a Member should change debit/credit card companies, have an updated expiration date, or a new billing address, these changes must be submitted via client Schedulicity account. Funds that are denied for any reason will be subject to a $10 re-processing fee.

Pricing/Policy Changes
Pricing and policies are subject to change.

Refunds
There are no credits or refunds given for missed classes personal circumstances for ANY of our classes, with the exception of bedrest and pre-term labor accompanied by a doctor’s note. If you are put on bedrest or go into labor, please notify the studio immediately and remaining classes will be transferred toward postnatal yoga classes.

AGREEMENT
By purchasing this contract, you are agreeing to the terms of this contract. Terms of this agreement may change with proper advance written notice.
