Angela Reis, Owner & Founder of Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas

Angela Reis is a maternal wellness educator, yoga teacher trainer, and founder dedicated to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and early parenthood with evidence-informed movement, education, and community care. She is the owner and founder of Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas, home to the first and only Yoga Alliance Prenatal Yoga School in the region.

Angela’s work is shaped by her experience as a yoga teacher, doula, educator, mother, and her professional background in the nonprofit sector, where she developed expertise in events, fundraising, and mission-driven partnerships. She is deeply engaged in the local birth and maternal health community, collaborating with a wide range of professionals to provide holistic, evidence-informed support for families. She brings this perspective to her classes and trainings, blending alignment-based yoga, biomechanics, restorative practices, breathwork, and childbirth-informed movement to help clients feel stronger, more confident, and prepared for parenthood.

Angela began practicing yoga in 2008 and has been supporting families in Las Vegas since 2014. A Las Vegas native and UNLV alumna, she lives in Las Vegas with her family. Her life and work are guided by the mission of helping families feel supported, empowered, and connected through every stage of parenthood.
